Neroli (Citrus Aurantium Bigaradia)
Neroli has a floral, delicate, rich, soft, warm, pervasive, sweet, slightly citrus fragrance.
Neroli has a pure and uplifting quality which may make it beneficial for depression and mental lethargy.
The oil is distilled from the blossoms of the bitter orange tree.
This oil blends very well with chamomile, clary sage, geranium, jasmine, lavender,
rose, ylang ylang, sandalwood, cedarwood and lemon.

Restful sleep bath:
5-10 drops Neroli
Add the oil to the water after you have run your bath water.
Swish it around very well and then hop in. This bath may
aid in inducing restful sleep, banishing anxiety and nervous tension.

For Shock or Grief
3 drops neroli
1 teaspoon (5ml) carrier oil
Massage into the solar plexus, chest and the nape of the neck.
This oil is simply wonderful for those prone to depression.
