Myrrh (Commiphora myrrha)
Myrrh has a powerful and
lasting scent. The oil is steam distilled from
the gum/resin obtained from the tree. It has a
resinous, rich, spicy, balsamic, bitter, musty
and incense-like fragrance which is soothing,
rejuvenating and uplifting to the mind and spirit.
This oil is an excellent
diffuser oil. When vaporized it has a purifying,
uplifting and healing quality which is very
conducive to meditation and prayer.

This oil blends very well with
cypress, frankincense, geranium, juniper,
lavender, mint, mandarin, patchouli, sandalwood,
thyme, ginger, cedarwood and pine.
For a Comforting and
Stress relieving bath:
- 3
drops Myrrh
- 3
drops Rose
- 3
drops Sandalwood
Add these
oils to the bath and then get in
to relax and enjoy! Candlelight
may be a good idea too :)

Recipe for Skin
Perfume: (Especially nice at this
time of year with parties and
festivities)
- 10
drops Frankincense
- 4
drops Myrrh
- 6
drops Cedarwood
- 5
drops Rose
Add these
oils to 10ml (2 teaspoons) of
jojoba or other vegetable oil.
Wear with pride.
