Juniper (Juniper communis)

Juniper has a fruity, green, fresh, balsamic, sweet, smoky and woody fragrance. The cleansing properties of juniper work on the mental, emotional as well as the physical planes. The oil is distilled from the berries and twigs.

This oil blends very well with clary sage, cypress, elemi, lavender, rosemary, orange, lemon, grapefruit and vetiver.

Bath for Menstrual Cramping
5 drops Lavender
2 drops Cypress
2 drops Nutmeg
2 drops Peppermint
Add the oils to the water after you have run your bath water. Swish it around very well and then hop in. Relax for 20 minutes then hop out and wrap yourself up warmly, then lay down and rest for another 20 minutes.
A Balancing, Refreshing Bath
3 drops Rosewood
3 drops Bergamot
2 drops Frankincense
2 drops Grapefruit
Add to your bath after you have drawn the water. Hang a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door and then hop in and enjoy.
