This oil blends very well with chamomile, bergamot, cypress, lavender, orange,
lemon and rose. Use this oil in your vaporizer/diffuser to stimulate the right brain which would be of use in meditation, visualization, creative arts and active imagination.
Relaxation Massage oil:
- 2 drops Helichrysum
- 2 drops Chamomile
- 2 drops Hyssop
Add these essential oils to 1 tablespoon (15ml) of carrier oil. Massage a loved one who is feeling stressed and then switch so that you get pampered too.
|
Bathing for Stress Relief: Add 5-10 drops of
Helichrysum to a bath, after the
water is drawn. Mix it well and
enjoy. Breathe deep and relax.
