For a sedative or very relaxing massage you may want to try: 2 drops Geranium, 2 drops Lavender and 1 drop marjoram in 10 ml base oil. Of course the recipe can be enlarged by multiplying each of the ingredients by 5 for example. (that would result in 10 drops Geranium, 10 drops Lavender and 5 drops Marjoram in 50 ml base oil). Anti-stress office diffuser blend:
  • 9 drops Lavender
  • 3 drops Lemon
  • 2 drops Bergamot
  • 2 drops Geranium

Combine these oils and use in the diffuser or aromalamp at the office in the afternoon. It's uplifting and relaxing.

Geranium is generally considered safe after the first trimester of pregnancy.
