Clove (Eugenia caryophyllata)
Clove has a strong, fresh, fruity, hot, peppery, spicy, and sweet fragrance.
Clove has been said to ease toothaches and has been used in this manner for a very long time.
It is also wonderful used in a diffuser and will purify the air and prevent the spread of germs.
The oil is steam distilled from the stems and buds.
This oil blends very well with geranium, orange, rose, bergamot, caraway,
ylang ylang, grapefruit, lemon, rosemary and peppermint.

Tooth ache:
Apply a drop of oil to your finger and then rub it on the gum surrounding
the tooth with the pain. (you may need to dilute with olive oil if it is too strong for you)

Disinfecting wounds:
Dilute the oil to 1%. Meaning if you add
1 drop of clove oil - add 99 drops of carrier oil.
