Angelica (Angelica archangelica)
Angelica has a balsamic, nicely aromatic and slightly musky scent. It's scent is emotionally calming and aids in "letting go" of negative feelings. The oil is almost colorless and is distilled from the roots.
This oil is great for "elimination" of unwanted toxins, wastes and emotions.

This oil blends very well with bergamot, clary sage, lemongrass, juniper, melaleuca (tea tree), patchouly, vetiver and citrus oils. It is found in these blends: Awaken, Forgiveness, Grounding, Harmony, Passion and Surrender.

Some favourites are Orange, Tangerine, Cinnamon and Peace and Calming. Pick something appropriate to diffuse while reading them a bed time story.

For Relaxation when Exhausted:
2 drops Clary Sage
1 drop Vetiver
4 drops Lemon
Add these oils to a bath or diffuse them into the air.

Angelica is considered phototoxic and should not be used (on the skin that will be exposed to the sun or UV) for 24 hours prior to exposure.
Angelica is generally listed as an oil to avoid during pregnancy.
